Previously, Martin served as a Business Consultant at the Kansas Small Business Development Center (SBDC), where he assessed financial readiness for aspiring business owners, strengthened capital structures, and presented financial projections to lending partners. He also co-founded a Kansas-based real estate venture, leading direct outreach, contract negotiations, and partnership development.
